Anyone know what year my Kona Kapu would be?

I picked this up last week and all of the Kapus I can find are steel framed where this is aluminium. Any ideas?

It's a 2002. The first Aluminium frame was in '99 (although that used a different tube set from the ones that followed it), and then I think it briefly went back to steel again on a later frame.

My usual rule of thumb is that if the model name is in a bloated word art type font then it's '01 or '02, and '01 still had the jungle graphics style headtube logo where '02 got the splat. Murphy beat me to it, and is the person to go to for Kona identification.

How do they ride? I'd just bought this one cheaply for the parts but with the Easton tubing I guess it might be a nice ride. Not sure about the forks though, they seem aluminium.
