We sold loads of these because it was before the Internet.

I would say fork sales were the first thing to die back due to online competition, and marzocchi and RockShox did little to protect retailers.

Thanks. Yesterday I found a 1990 Gary Fisher CR7 for 30€. The Sountour groupset looks complete here too. Except for one of the wheels and the pedals.
I'll have a closer look when it is in the shed.

That’s a great way to build a stash of Suntour!!
It can be really hard to find some components, so getting complete bikes at that price is really fortunate.
