Put them back together
Just the lowers i mean, you should be able to paint strip it with them in one piece.
It looks like that bolt could cause huge probs,if its assembled at least then it cant cause any problems

Update-
I've decided to service my bombers.Ill strip it down and photo the parts laid out and the method used :D
That way you can see Jon its not too bad or technically difficult.

Im too good to you chap

Oil will be 7.5wt and this is the official oil
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=36404
though since you do not need 1L of the stuff I've just bought
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... delID=8399
(I also got 5wt of the same stuff for my RS MAGS)

Annoyingly you should have somehow checked if the bushings where ok in the forks (back and forward rocking) but without them mounted I'm not sure how you tell. Anyone know how to tell if they are worn by just taking them out ?
Give everything a lube and grease where needed and pop them back together. I wouldn't touch the main oil seal (one under the visible dust seal, if you can avoid it as once out you are suppose to replace it (I assume it probably gets damaged on removal)
Once all back together you can mount and check out what's working with new oil in.
