Also would i need to nitromorse the legs or would them blasting them be ok???

Make sure everythings ok for undoing the flats before stripping the paint :wink:

Will do Andy, is there any details anywhere for how to dismantle these forks?? do you think i will have to strip the paint??
 
Not yet,but im looking to see if i can find a PDF file on that manual somewhere.
You could try the same method im using.Found this thing called google :wink:

IMHO i dont think its a good match for the sex too,a Z1 would suit better :?

Yeah ok,then 10 yrs is a bit long

Not more than 7 yrs then :lol:
I ran mine for 8 ,didnt need anything more than a good flushing and new fluid
