what is the difference between Alesa 917 and 913 rims? I'm restoring a 1990s Raleigh Veloce and the original Alesa rims are pretty much shot - Any suggestions for alternatives?

Common numbering at this time was 1st digit for quality point and next 2 digits for dimension - usually width.

As a rule rim width determines application or brake style, whereas depth is aero or fashion, so less important for compatibility

So the 13 would be race and the 17 tour if that's the case
