Wasnt there a difference in the wishbone stays of the clockwork and the p7
I think the P7's looked a little longer[ie the tube that goes to the s/post is a little shorter and the stays longer]

I've made a decision!

My mate from work popped over this evening and brought his reynolds 853(triple butted?) road bike with him. We did the ping test,top tubes sound the same,down tubes sound the same but different noise and the seat tubes sounded completely different to each other which I was expecting as the down tube on mine is "fragile". So until I find evidence which says otherwise(I will keep looking,any idea how to get info from Orange?) its an Orange Prestige 16" frame from approximately 89/90!
All i've got to do now is prove it....more!
Oh by the way the frame what looks like 45 stamped into the bottom bracket.
