I may be wrong but it looks like the cables are being held down by cable ties. Considering both of the Hots on KonaRetro both have top pull front mechs (sorry ed), and a back brake surely there would have been a cable guide attached to the top tube? My Fire Mountain which is 97 is a 19 inch. So did they really make different length seat tubes on different models ?

I imagine it may be be requiring the typical Kona seat cluster clamp thingie.
