Paul Rear Mech

Hi,
I'm currently refurbishing a paul rear mech, its all come apart relatively easily less the last bolt, see photos.
Has anyone got any advice or previous experience with this?
I don't want to force it and roll the edges of the bolt, if loctite has been used is there a solvent to help dissolve it?

Ok mate hope you dont mind have you got pics of the procees and pics after also what are you planning now stripped intrested as i might need to do this cheers can you not twist the whole thing instead of the bolt i suppose it depends what you doing the loctite will need melting so either heat hair dryer blow torch or solvents could try boiling water
