not sure whats going on here, he has a pic of them on scales weighing 514g with rings and bolts, which would make the arms something like 350g, pretty damn light i say, maybe too light..
weight weenies has a few sets listed, all around the 680g mark and arms at 480g. sounds a bit more realistic to me.
except they are on a pair of scales weighing 514g. whats up with that? the whole of the cranks seem to be on the tray, so got to be a rigged scale right? cheeky

my scales adjust for a container, so if you put a 200g container on the scale, then switch it on, then remove the container, the scale will show -200g. If you then weigh something that weighs 714g, the scale will show 514g
