Foul weather outside....cant face riding today....40 minutes on the turbo....10min warm up....20 mins flat out....10 min warm down....polish and fettle the RTS....fit my Spin wheel to cheer myself up
Sunday
Wake up to blue sky and sunshine....3/4 shorts and no jacket today :shock: ....fill the camelback and grab my Avalanche....head for the trails....spin along the first section of footpath and up the climb....get the blood pumping....into the woods and safely through the rock garden....miles of trails pass under my tyres....beautiful out today....2 hours pass and time to head home....finish the ride with a clean bike and kit
