Wanted - Ideas for stem and handlebars - Orange Clockwork 91

Realised whilst riding this weekend that for comfort and a better ride I need to have much higher handlebars that are a little further back too... (current geometry's nice for fast riding on the road, but no good on the downhill)

I have a 1" threaded headset with the original headset and handlebars (I think)... looking for suggestions / ideas please.

Note: Just spent an age getting my 1" threaded headset sorted, so no suggestions of plain / ahead steerers please...

As I enjoy a good tinker with the old lady (so to speak) I'm going to keep the 'stalk' and rigid forks for when I use it as a runaround... but for the steeper downhill stuff, I'm just too far over the front wheel...

So:

something like this which raises the height of the bar..and yes as azaro points out the raised stem would raise the front height also

Thanks for taking the effortm but it still has a long reach out over the front wheel, that I don't really want... ho hum
