Vitus Jan Janssen LoPro

Hello again!
I pulled this frame down from the garage eaves and gave it a good clean!
I also worked out it a Vitus 979 but its labeled as a Jan Janssen (who seemed to stick his badge and decals on and sold as his in-house brand..)

My question is, what year would this be and what would the correct Campag stuff be on it?

I had some C-record bits loitering with same patination and wear of the frame so stuck them on (and finally an excuse to use the Deltas that have hung on the study wall

Any help or cataogue scans from our Dutch members with this?

Super cool frame. Purple Vitus' are hard to beat...

The grub screw seat clamp indicates post 1986. The bb casting should have a number which might narrow it down further, post an image up!

This thing is HOT and also mega rare. Someone on here wrote a huge article about the 979 and its derivatives. Pretty sure the lo pro was covered too. Have a read if you haven’t seen it before:

Heres the serial number... I am confused with which denotes the year... the E or the 10 (which seems to mean 1990)?

popped a Turbo on it and slowly finding the parts again for it out the piles of stuff one accumulates
