Retro Newbie
Hi, I got this off flea bay a little while ago. It's a vintage mid/late 70's cx bike. It was dressed up rather badly as a Gazelle but clearly (I think) is not. Mostly original, I think, Full Golden Arrrow groupset, Campagnolo bottom bracket, Mafac cantilever brakes, Bar end shifters.. Shimano dropouts (probably campagnolo on a real Gios). Golden arrow hubs.
Nice light frame (around 1900g). Seatpost diameter of 27.2mm...which points to Reynolds 531 or even Columbus SL?

The little braze on cable stops are very like those found on Gios Torino 1975 cx bikes. The lug work appears different though. Hattenswaeller headset and only two numbers on the bottom bracket, 56, which is probably the frame size. A lot of features like the Gios but the lugwork is different. I've attached some photos of the Gios bits that are similar, ie the neat little cable stops at the front. The guy I bought it off got it in Holland or Belgium.

Quite fancy spraying it Gios blue....any suggestions?
