Veggie Chrimbo grub.

Try as I might Christmas is the one day of the year I wouldn't cook veggie as the main choice although I have catered for veggie visitors. I always think veggies are a bit deprived at Christmas!

I suppose it's the festive centrepiece supplied by turkey or other meats. The various veggie replacements to that centrepiece don't cut it for me although I happily cook and eat vegetarian foods at other times. I guess I'm a died in the wool carnivore deep down!

Have a good Christmas whatever you enjoy eating!

I'd like to try some of the veggie alternatives, as I probably eat too much meat!

Got a mate who's a veggie though and he's always ill! Not sure if it's related, but looks like he needs a good steak in him!

Terribly sad
I hope you're aware you're contributing to the death of an industry

 bloody veggie*

Not bad at all, and I'm an obsessive meat eater. The McSween's stuff is the best, nice and peppery like real haggis with a pretty good texture.

Though they do commit the terrible sin of having parsnip with it as they don't like turnip.
