Valve spacers

Does anyone know where I can buy some of those little spacers that come with new rims that allow you to put a presta valve in a shrader hole? Most LBS have one or two in there bits box but I could do with half a dozen or so, so far my searching online hasn't been very fruitful.

Metal versions on eBay iirc.

Continental tubes come supplied with them if that's any help?

Thanks, found a load on eBay, adding "Mavic" to the search description seems to have done the trick.
