Unknown frame, sn on drop out, canti bridge, Merlin??

Here's a few more pics. I tried to ID it from the odd mech mount but no luck. I thought it could have been a Yeti from the off center cable mounts on the top tube but the drop outs look all wrong.

Last pic shows a strange mount on the inside of the rear triangle.
