I emailed Rally Cat my answer. He can post when he wants to. I sold mine last year. This is only the third one I've seen.
The big clue is the geometery, finnish, and the pump mount. This is a hard one for members over seas. I don't think he exported these bikes.

That probably means I've been way off on my guess and it's some company I've not heard off, so sounds interesting.

But to me it has the hallmarks/look/style/setup of what came before the Avalance, so the Thunderbolt but built in-house at Everest, not Toyo. Which was then used in the design of the Wedge and Wedge II and Blizzard.
