twin disc's up-front............updated 13/06/2010

Would'nt it be easier using hydraulic calipers rather than cable ?, would just be a case of splitting the hose from the lever, Goodridge would probably do a custom split hose, need to be sure the master cylinder on the lever will shift enough fluid for both calipers though, also the Z1's are pre I.S, think Hope C2 calipers are your best option.

i can get my hands on a trike brake lever that pulls 2 cables and minimoto scrambler calipers (the rear faces the opsite way) so will sit perfect side by side

if i go hydraulic then ti'll be a case of a large banjo bolt t-peice which can be done easily enough :D :D

Ah, right, well what you hanging around here for, get to work

Went looking in my shed in response to this and guess what

Yes thats right I do not have what you need

I do have a 36 hole front disc hub with big flanges in polished alloy. Flanges are about 70mm diameter with spoke holes at about 64mm diameter.

Now an engineering type could drill 6 disc hole mounts and with the aid of spacers and know how fit a disc to this hub on the non disc side.

I have seen the adapter you have before, cant remember where though.

Seeing as your DH bike looks like a motorbike why not try adapting a motorbike twin disc hub

i've just try'd a specialized stout hub and the non disc fit's exactly into the adaptor i have but it's a 32h not a 36h
