I suppose you could use another left leg,ok is its got to have a bolt on brace,a spacer behind the brace machined to match a right leg brace mounting holes :?

:x What you wouldnt give for a couple of small engineering tools,a wee miller and lathe.

I did once mill out a large alloy plate using a TCT bit in a 2 kw wood router,with the speed turned down to about 3000 rpm.Worked great
I think if i was to make some jigs then it would be possible using a template cutter

Well things are going well with it all on the hub front.

Alex and I have custom hubs being made which rocks.

I've just won a hub i;ve wanted for aes but never bothered paying for

got my finger out today and finnished the template mount

some wee pictures........

ten minutes after i took these i gave them their last clean up with the grinder/dremel and hand delivered them to a guy across the road who is going to copy them and make them out of alloy for me

so i'm slowly getting there

and a progress pic of the hub......

Alex, amazing work on the mounts!

Chris is really going out to town on our hub.

Okay my update of things..

XTR M960 front hub has arrived from ebay.

I also won 2X Hope 203mm floating saw rotor disc for a bargin price of £7 brand new!

I've the FP bolt on disc mounts on order too, should be here in a week i guess!
