There's plenty of snow around the higher spots where I am. It was almost too cold for me to go out, but after putting on every available layer it was actually fine, albeit with the annoying combination of sweating on the climbs and being chilly on the descents. Luckily the roads were all pretty clear.

A bit sharp out today . Ice about so out with the mut first, then off for a trundle on two wheels .

What is that, in the last photo?

It is part of a foot bridge over the Derwent.
Seen by many as a counsellors vanity project.
It doesn't really go any where . Built between two road bridges both of which have good foot ways .
A white elephant.
