Cracking Saturday morning ride with a mate. No particular distance covered, instead we shredded round local spots from our youth. Very nostalgic, and loads of fun hitting jumps and skidding in the leaves.

Today was the kind of ride where your underwear is already filled with rainwater before you've left the road end. Ah well, once you hit that point you can't get much wetter.

I didn’t ride today. But I did visit the local shop and found that there is another retro-fiend in the neighborhood. He has multiple gorgeous bikes in the shop at the moment. Not pictured are a cherry ‘97 Santa Cruz and titanium Seven in full XTR garb.

Cheeky extended lunch today - thought I'd build in a few miles of the Ridgeway given that I put (very mild) gravel tyres on my Viner winter/retro-mod. It was fun; I shall do it again.

Today's ride is the bay cycleway from barrow in Furness to Lancaster. I'm glad I'm doing it today and not yesterday.

Little outing (8 tow path miles) with my daughter today, she's had some health issues of late so it was really nice to have my riding buddy back.
