Chilly 8, felt like 6 for the most part and under in the hollows. Clear, very little NE wind, perfect early doors conditions. Lights doing the job although the universe has helped this week with a full moon yesterday...

The moon still up, you can see in the distance the road going over the final hill before the drop into Morvar.

I think Pip would find this equally amazing, brilliant, and perplexing. He left social media to others, but he was acutely aware of how important it is to bring like-minded folks together and as a knowledge platform. The fact that through me and his network, we were able to speak with riders and company folks directly, was and still is super-exciting, and Pip felt the same.

Glorious day again. Cool air, actually cold in the shade, but out in the sun it was nice and warm.
A ride up through and around woods and up to a view point. Lots of people out as you can imagine given the nice weather and beautiful colours again on the leaves that are still on the trees after the recent strong winds.
Glad i made the effort.

Ok, some crappy pics from yesterday. It was only a short after-work ride with a little trail maintenance. This fallen tree had to be removed from the trail, since it is a rarely used trail. I suspect that (almost) the only one using it is me, the young lads built two other lines around with some scarry features...

everybody was working today (due to the idiotic habit of day-swapping), but me, being lucky enough, was free. so had to go out, since the sun was calling with her nice shiny smile. 
only light clouds came together to the end of the ride , but the temparature was near 20degree all ride long.
