Rode past a guy with a very fancy carbon gravel bike.. back wheel off, tyre sealant all over the shiz..
I asked if he was ok? .. he'd broken a spoke so his tyre wouldn't seal.. moral of the story, use tubes!

Me too.. without going full artisnal and importing biz from NZ (which i have considered) .. Proper Nutty is the next best thing, it's made by a husband and wife team who after traveling around Aus/Nz were disappointed that they couldn't find good nut butter here in the UK so they set about making their own in there small workshop in Yorkshire.. the flavour is bang on but also the goldilocks consistancy.. i often find Manilife too runny, too much oil.. the nut butter can often drip from your knife onto the kitchen side while transitioning between jar and toast.. Whole Earth and Meridian can be a bit too earthy for my pallette.. while Pip is a little too sweet..
I get the big tins of Proper Nutty from Morrisons for around £8ish.. (small jars are around £4) it's actually cheaper than buying directly from Propper Nutty.. I think Morrisons is more of a northern thing so if you want a jar, lmk..
Nice colour on that deep roast
