I don't ride very often, but it was a nice evening and junior Trailwright #2 wanted a pedal to improve his confidence. So what better time than to take the Epic out for it's first airing. All worked flawlessly except for a slight front brake squeal - those old XT blocks were always tricky to get right! I even dusted off my old Sidi's which were originally set up for XT M731pedals so it all fitted perfectly.

Friend and I are based in Brough for our canal trip and after a couple of days to recover he suggested that we ride up to the Tan Hill Inn for a pint, so we did, that was not quite as flat as the canal ride.
