Titanium weld repair - can it be done twice?

we have repaired a lot of titanium frames for years, they often need design changes where they have failed, which as engineers we have plenty of experience of fixing and of the weird characteristic of the material, and how it fails catastrophically in fatigue

Do you have pictures of your work?

hi yes we are frame designers and builders, whilst we repair a lot of titanium frames, we don't advocate the characteristics of titanium generally unless its a specific grade and we alloy our repairs to that grade when we repair titanium.

we build bikes out of a far better material 1.5 - 2x stronger than ti and doesn't fail in fatigue in the same way or at all so far.

we notice titanium is used hard fails in 3 years - 10 years for sure

I’ve tried to navigate your site but it’s not user friendly. You need to add page breaks and some navigation beyond 4 options.

Post some pics or link to your work and you’ll likely get some custom if you are good.

Forgive me Tom, but it sure seems to me that you are posting on this "hobbyist/ collectors" site just to try to find work!

"Low Budge" & low class! and it offends me and probably others!

I'm sure that if you contacted one of the moderators you could negotiate a "right proper" ad and be a WHOLE LOT MORE RESPECTFUL!
