There's some fairly low end kit on there – but the frame is rare, if a little agricultural in places and deserves some class kit. I wouldn't mind it.

As for the pic… Well, that's just plain scary. Those thighs could cleave a man clean in half  Add some red-eye and she'd pass for a terminator.

Was the frame really made in the UK?
If it was, who can have made it?

It seems a strange thing to claim if it's not true though - after all, why would anybody be impressed about a ti frame being made in the UK when there isn't anybody of repute making ti frames in the UK?

I voted for a little high. I think the frame is worth around £300, the parts around £300 and the fork I haven't a clue - it's just a coincidence if you find two true eccentrics on eBay at the same time, but if you don't it isn't worth much I'd have thought.

The forks go for around £200 - 250 at the moment 'old stock - New'.

I know someone that had a set and it's common as they've been sitting in a box for years (due to the fact they cost a bloody fortune when new over £500 a few years ago I believe!) that the seals on the shock go and they loose pressure.. but seeing as this one has had the shock serviced by the manufacturer has to be worth an extra £50 for the peace of mind... bloody great looking fork! light too!

It's up for sale here now too..

I just posted on the For sale section and the found this page - will try not to repeat myself..
I would love to know who made these frames for Saracen, I had a lower spec model back in 1995-6ish, I loved it at the time, bit heavy etc.
Saracen used to put handbuilt in England on their adverts and frames at the time, I don't actually think this meant they were made in England, but that the bikes were assembled (built up) in England - is that right? if so who made Ti frames for them? someone must know!
Also there was a MBUK cover way back in the 90's with Jesus Jones riding his Kili Ultra Ti. I wonder how many they sold? I think this was the last of the fairly decent Saracens.

Iirc all the frames were made in Taiwan and sent to the UK unfinished. Saracen merely painted and assembled them here.

As for the Kili Ultra I have no idea who made them. I do know that the first time they were in the catalogue was in 1993. I don't know if this frame is from that year but maybe one of the Saracen experts here will know. :)
