Tips on setting up Grafton Maglites

I'm struggling to set up a set of these and wondered if anyone could offer any advice? I set a pair up on the front of a bike and they are fine. I then fitted a set to the rear and I cannot get them to work. The RHS one is fine, but I cannot get a correct spring tension in the LHS. It's either got no tension or so much that it won't even reach the rim. There is a grub screw adjustment which i'm hoping will make the difference, but I don't have an allen key small enough at the moment.

Can anyone help????

My maglites havnt got any grub screws in them :?

It took me a few hours to set mine up properly,i just tightened the main pivot bolt up at various spring tensions until i was happy.
