Got these the moment they were released in ‘96. This pair is very low mileage since I switched to exclusively using ONZA HOs and didn’t want to run two cleat systems. So they’ve lived it the depths of the spares box for ages.
Perfect bearings, some body scratching, but all cosmetic and minor. Cleats and bolts good. Threads good. These have a reputation for lasting and lasting. And also for float, lots of it. And positive entry and exit, the big click lets you know you are in. Complements the sound of a Hope hub nicely.
I’ve scanned prices and I think 45.00 gbp is about right.
PM if interested. Unless there’s a NOS pair sitting somewhere in the universe, compared with other examples on the web I think these are about the best pair I have seen....
