It’s irritating having more than one clear system on the go - and so these Time ATACS have been sadly sitting on the side for a long time now. I bought them when the design first came out (96?) and used them for a short while but then used ONZA HOs exclusively. The TIMEs were brilliant in mud, and had excellent float.
Bearings on both pedals are perfect, as are threads. The body was described as ‘carbon’ but I assume that it’s just that the plastic is somehow carbon fibre loaded ... there’s nothing obviously carbon fibre about them.
Original cleats and bolts. If they are worth little I’ll just use them in anger I think. Stronger and lighter than more modern offerings....
