I was out yesterday at work visiting a block of apartments our company manages, where I saw this bike under a flight of stairs.

Just look at that brake lever angle :shock:

see a lot of bikes like this and wonder how the hell they manage to brake. Also wonder why they don't set them right, surely they must realise something is wrong?

see this so often in my shop when the pikey's come in and say "got a spanner mush?"

followed by "ere moosh! someone chord mon beefer's tredmo!!"

this was a genuine comment! meaning, someone stole my brothers bike!

A mate of mine bought a new bike from the big 'H' and his levers were set up in a similar (though not quite so drastic) fashion. He said he had been for a few rides and asked my opinion. I asked if he was experiencing any pain in his wrists. He looked at with great suprise and answered: "Yes - how the hell do you know that?"
