I love the fact there is a torque setting from the reflector bracket. there is zero reason to need to torque that (excluding not crushing the frame because you are a spanner wielding gorilla)

Standard bolts have a standard torque figure - they only need to indicate where that differs to industry standards

Spoke reflectors would deffo be one.
