Yes and Yes! Good eye. Forks rebuilt with shorter titanium springs and longer top-out elastomers. I think they probably now have more negative travel than positive! Necessary to shorten the axle-to-crown though.

Definitely a little weird but in a good way, for me at least.

Never seen those Maguras, the drop bar levers are rare enough! Seem to recall they have enough adjustment to accept a 700c rear wheel too?
