One must occasionally suffer the intrusion of a popular televisual interlude in this location. Quite an intesting concept, being as they apparently do not judge on appearance.

Generally weak performers with decent voices, but nothing original happening.

No wonder music died in the 70s.

I dont watch it so cannot comment about the programme.

Music is subjective but "music specialists" such as critics or mass public can be used to define good or bad music.
It is generally accepted that good and bad music existed before 70s, during 70s and after the 70s. Until computers can compose only good music, the trend is going to continue into the foreseable future or until all the good tunes have been used up.

These programs take a great singer and mould them into something commercial.
The singer loses a lot of their originality.
This is why I no longer watch such television.

Will you just look at them teeth. They could sit broocie on a revolving chair inside a lighthouse to keep the shipping safe.

The future is not bright. The future is orange fake tans, watered down values and recycled entertainment not to mention the rest I haven't the time.

Re:

Gonna raise you two decades and say music died in the mid 90s. I was a big Liam Tamne fan, he's doing ok but could have been special IMO. Most of the contestants are hopeless. I'm jealous of those with zero talent who's families and loved ones keep telling them how wonderful they are and they believe it. I grew up in a hyper critical environment so struggle with this, when I shouldn't really.
