The Retrobike Wiki Project

oh thanks, I started doing them, then went off looking how to do tables easily :)

...
did you move the KCNC chain (never hear of it, X10 X9 sound more like KMC but that what it was called) for alphabetical ?
I'd given up on that for most and just made them sortable by clicking on the headings, figured most people would just tag a new weight on the end in future. ?

Yes, I moved it purely for alphabetical reasons. I know that with sortable tables people can just click on the name to sort them alphabetically, but I just couldn't help myself. I did the same with the handlebars too.

Hopefully, I should have time over the next couple of weeks to do a bit more too.

I feel really guilty for all the noise I made about this so much work has been done and I've done BUGGER ALL

I got stuck on how to upload/insert images 'cos I'm such a n00b

Got it figured out now.... Running out of excuses!

Awesome job to all the contributors!

Wow, great idea John.
I'll try to make an overview of all Shimano groupsets starting in the early '80's.
EDIT: I see it's already there.

Great idea 8)
Why not adding a gallery for bikes and magazine articles link ?
For exemple : you go to "Fat Chance" you could read the wiiki text and finding some links of scans of articles

Excellent idea

I'm an administrator on Wikia's second-largest project (after Wikipedia) in addition to having been a cyclist for three decades - will definitely spend some time reading what you've already got and perhaps contribute an article or two.
