I wear baggie short & loose top for MTB rides and lycra shorts & tight top for road bike rides, just feels right. I always use my Camelbak though.

I ride pretty much anything & everything* in baggies (with Lycra underneath) and a Merino wool Howies t-shirt, in an all the gear no idea fashion.

*except full on loony DH stylee with big drops & huge jumps (anything over 3ft is big/huge to me!)

I would go for a bit of a mix, in the shed with a drop of cider the lap top [good old wireless] thinking of where to ride [just converted the clockwork to single speed] but just end up eating some cake :D

I do a daily commute in hilly Sheffield, which is partly on woody singletrack, believe it or not!

In my leesure tahm, I like to pretend I'm a ruffty tuffty freerider, which I'm not, of course, and I regularly fall off my bike on things like the Beast of Hope Cross, Cavedale and Stanage Causeway. I like short to medium rides with lots of lumpy bumpy fun bits, in great surroundings, with lots of stops to look at the view, and no racing, heart monitors or bike computers. Laughter is a necessary component and Beer usually features, either during or after the ride.

Baggy shorts and charity shop shirts are the riding attire of choice.

No car at mo, so a bit hamstrung, but fortunately I can ride to the Peak from here.

i do a bit of everything but no big jumps. i'm too fat and contrary to popular belief fat people tend not to bounce too well. absolutely no way you will see me in lycra. for one i'm too fat (did i mention i'm a fatty) and for 2, for non competitive mountain biking i cant see any advantage what so ever of wearing lycra! you crash and your ass is on display to the world! not a good look!

baggies with a padded liner all the way for me!oh, and cake
