I do a daily commute in hilly Sheffield, which is partly on woody singletrack, believe it or not!
In my leesure tahm, I like to pretend I'm a ruffty tuffty freerider, which I'm not, of course, and I regularly fall off my bike on things like the Beast of Hope Cross, Cavedale and Stanage Causeway. I like short to medium rides with lots of lumpy bumpy fun bits, in great surroundings, with lots of stops to look at the view, and no racing, heart monitors or bike computers. Laughter is a necessary component and Beer usually features, either during or after the ride.
Baggy shorts and charity shop shirts are the riding attire of choice.
No car at mo, so a bit hamstrung, but fortunately I can ride to the Peak from here.
