No worries mate, just hope we end up playing your mob again soon.

Can never imagine leaving before the end. If I've paid for a ticket I want my moneys worth! I guess many Scum fans have never known a period when they didn't expect to win. Still a disgrace though.

Also noticed Sir Ryan seemed to get off lightly. Not doubt he'll win the Sports Personality award again this year for doing f**k all.

It's a long route back Brock, folk think Citys luck changed when the Arabs stepped in, it never, it changed when Dickov scored in that play-off final.....the Arabs simply hurried the job up (cause thats what £'s do). I could'nt leave this thread without also mentioning Stoke City....not a fashionable club but one thats been down to the third and back up again and always kept a good posse of fans who sing thier bollox off come rain or shine and now seem to have consolidated themselves into the premiership by hook or by long throw.

Agreed mate, your lot were on the way up before the mega money, even before that crooked Thai idiot (Know a bit about Thai politics, long story)was involved. Good luck to you.

Unfortunatly for us the road's even longer with cuddy Ken in charge. We'd like some money spending on the team Bates, not on a bloody Hotel in Beeston

ps Could I just say, 'Council house' and save some red the trouble!!

Only a Trafford nob would try and take the piss out of Nijinski, along with Robert Charlton he'd likely fit right into the greatest ever English football team...that and the stand aint an end.

Should we have a little game of spot the chuckling Blue...

Does anybody know if the very recent price paid by Trafford for the unproven Spanish goalkeeper is a world record? I know it's nearly exactly double the previous UK record... just wonderd if it was world.

A quick look at google tells me that Gianluigi Buffon cost £33m moving from Parma to Juventus. That's almost double the £17m United paid for David de Gea. So no.

Buffon.....yeah i've heard of him, was;nt he heavilly touted to be the best in the world for the last 5 yrs....suppose thats what you'd have to give with him known to tip it up in that league. The trafford non experienced in the premiership new boy is simply a double UK GKing record then? Bizarre the press ain't mentioned the figure (more), especially with The City of Manchester f*ckin the job up by paying £650k for Joe Hart.
