Has anyone read the book? Now that is dark! What a man and what an achievement- building the bike and breaking the record on it! Wasn't aware of how it exactly happened (wont spoil it) but bloody incredible...

Also according to the book Obree made some bar ends for MTBs for a while, would LOVE to get my hands on some of those!!
