The Canadian "Team Chance"

Thank you, yes, it was quick, but there was still a lot of luck involved. You can find the whole story in the neighboring forum.

The previous owner carved the pull handle. He's a carpenter by trade, but he's also good with metal. A very nice older gentleman.
Have a link for the whole story by chance?

The seller had already agreed to offer the property to another prospective buyer from the forum, but then suddenly backed out and awarded the property to me. The other prospective buyer was rightly annoyed by this behavior, but he treated me very fairly and congratulated me on the purchase. That's the story in a nutshell.

Well after a trip over to Vancouver to pick up this Team, as well as other goodies I can now say she is at home.

My buddy over the weekend did decide to pick up the Rocky in question, so I'll be keeping this as a guest bike (anyone wanna a Trek 4900 WSD?).

Got some iPhone pics before I started changing things up on it. The "branded" seat collar is cute IMHO.
