Thames Path Challenge

Hi i just thought i would post up a link to my wifes Fundraising page as she is doing the Thames Path Challenge which is a 100k (62 mile) walk from Putney bridge to Henley on Thames in 24 Hours :?

She's raising money for the Alzheimers Society as we have both had 2 of our family members suffer from this condition.

If you could find your way to sponsering her even a small amount that would be great.

By the way, she has never done anything like this in her life :shock:

Wee bit of advice, wear thicker soled trainers than normal, and buy some larger ones and wear two layers of socks.

The path varies massively, and without precautions it is a blister on blister scenario.

If you happen to see the mugs standing in the pouring rain to watch the thames flotilla today, take a second to think of the noble people who will walk 60 odd miles along there later this year.
