I weighed in at 88.5kg (13 st 11?) at the beginning of the year. I've never had to watch what I eat, but I am starting now as I'm getting close to the 90kg I said would be my warning threshold. I haven't weighed myself since but have recorded a total of 300km exercise so far in February (swim, bike, run)

I'm 6'3" so a couple of kg off would leave me pretty lean, but I struggle to fit in the longer rides. I ensure I do an 11km run round around the jungle at the weekend to build up endurance but the snakes and monkeys keep you on your toes!

Got my first race of the year tomorrow - 750m swim / 5km run. A month later is a 3/20/3km run/bike/run then a sprint triathlon in May. I'm desperately try not to be persuaded to do the Olympic distance in July but I can feel the old bug biting again, especially as I'm enjoying the swimming so much more than I used to.

Weighed in this morning 91.4kg, interim target of 85kg by the end of April. Hopefully telling everyone will help :o Anyone else?

A slow 25ish miles on the small ring yesterday. Leg speed is where it is at. It was very windy and wet for the last couple of miles.

The roads are in a shocking state.

Got weighed / measured at the doctors on Friday morning. 104kg & 5' 11 1/2" I would love to loose a bit of weight but due to a long term illness I find it hard to commit to regular exercise. The day after a ride I am completely knackered, both physicaly and mentaly.

So the long term plan is to loose 2st but I will have to do it the hard way, dieting.

Weighed myself yesterday, fully clothed (t-shirt, jumper, fleece, jeans and trainers) 212lb (15st and a few lb)..

Want to get back to about 14 1/2 stone.. maybe 14.. won't be hard if I can get my s**t together..

Increase in exercise, reduction in sugary food intake .... gain 0.6 kg in 6 weeks.

Hang on a minute!
