Team Clydesdale! (Self help group masqerades as race team)

How are you all getting along, chaps?

First week of May now. I've dropped to 86kg. Not felt as though I've missed anything (still eat and drink pretty much what I like) but am definitely fitter.

Commuting on the bike definitely helping overall fitness, and I bought a kettlebell for a spot of home core exercise.

I've also found a roadie club that meets near my house and finishes around the corner from the office by 0630 to get me to work on time. First ride with them last week and looking forward to more ....

Du/Triathlon series complete and not too shabby if I say so myself.
