Team Clydesdale! (Self help group masqerades as race team)

If you've got a bike in a rideable state Pete, I'd love to come down and have a guided tour of the Quantocks again. Whats in your diary? :)

I resolve to ride around 50 miles a week once the 'snot season' is over. How anyone with small children around is ever healthy enough to ride at all is a mystery to me.

Reisitance training, if you have a snotty toddler it's like training in Vail!

I am fully medicated at all times and handle some really grim stuff daily since we feed the dogs a raw, natural, diet..
The house went down with flu and the worst it got for me was a stuffed up nose for 2 days 8)

Back on topic
I am determined to ride (more) this year, doubt if there'll be any racing going on or even much serious off-roading but hey... I'll be in the saddle and pedalling my little (fat surrounded) heart out 8)

The GT is almost ready for some brake cables . . . the weekend may see it rideable.

I'll bring these . . .
