Tandem stoker stem for 26.0mm seatpin

To fit my Santana Rio tandem - I need a stoker stem that's fairly long for a 26.0mm seatpin. Not so fussed about the handlebar size.

I've got hold of one I can shim down but I'd rather find something that's 100% if possible.
