Sorted 26.0mm quill stem - 70-80mm long - can be rough/tatty looking

I'm after a 26.0mm clamp quill stem - 70-80mm long - can be rough/tatty looking as I'll be spraying it black. As I don't mind it being rough I was thinking of about £10 posted, really, if that's possible...

No tatty shortish 26mm stems out there? I could go to 90mm at a push...
