Syncros stem + red Ritchey spd's + unusual canti hanger

Does anyone have a syncros ahead stem, silver, 100/110/poss 120mm, ideally with 5 or 10 degree rise?
1.1/8th.

Also looking for a set of these:

if i have got it correctly you are after the doodad that bolts to the forks and that acts as a cable stop on the forks that allows you to set up canti's ????

if so i have one i think on my Cro-mega lx which i no longer use

£5 delivered seems to be going price? i dont seem to have the bolt at the moment theough. but i can look deeper

I have a silver one when i got it off ebay the pics were rubbish(that bad i thouht it was black!!)
Not sure of length,where you measure frm to get that or measure whole thing?
