I don't have any Ritchey SPDs, and neither will anyone else on account of their being Ritchey not Shimano...

However, I do have a NOS boxed set with cleats of Ritchey WCS Red clipless pedals...

Sorry I havent been back on I was at paul McCartney lastnight and been running round all day.
The stem I have is 140mm long and 0 degree rise,didnt think you would be interested as it not what you originally asked for.

Yes I thought that maybe the case,dont worry will keep it and get it stripped an sprayed black with new decals.
