The weight is correct for a 1992 bar, these were 170gm with the shim and the metal (T7 also suggests its pre 1994 when they switched to EA70 but I've never seen a double shim like that, also the lettering I've not seen. The '92 bars had an italic 'tilt' to them unlike this.

These are also 60mm too short :?

Maybe 1991..??

Shim looks wrong to me... should be a wide shim to fit in Syncros stems, or even the "swiss cheese" shim they made with holes in it.
