Swapsies Brian Rourke 19" HT frame for 20/21" HT F

I've got to finally admit that it's too wee for me so I would like to swap my Brian Rourke 19" hardtail (made from Deddaccia tubing and takes 100mm forks) for a slightly burlier 20" or 21" hardtail (to suit 130mm forks)

The frame was originally produced for Madison (Shimano Importer) to display the "current" XT groupset so I'll do a swap for preferably a steel frame but am open to any realistic trade

Top Tube Centre to centre 540mm

Virtual Top Tube 560mm

Headtube 100mm

Seat tube Centre to Top 495mm
