swap? Skis/boots/poles for commuter bike...

I have pair of not-used-enough Salomon boots (size 9) and Kastle Ski's (old skool 197) and sticks.
Anyone got a not-used-enough commuter bike suitable for 6' me? Not bothered about road/slicks on mtb/hybrid etc.
Postage for both is about the same, or prefer pick up central belt of Scotland...
